The concept of JobBox Consultation is an idea founded by a group of University graduates from university of Hertfordshire. The idea behind this concept is to help home based workers get the jobs their want and to make these people ready to work by providing them with appropriate training.
The comparative advantage of JobBox would be that we would be providing training for graduates that are in need of them, also the graduates those who are currently unemployed would have the chance to enhance their capabilities through JobBox. Based on our research we identified that currently no recruiting agency is providing training services, however there are companies who are focused in providing training programs.
